Welcome to Team Dakoske!! My 40 years of experience led me to create our collaborative team environment. Our clients become members of our team and family thereby benefiting from everyone’s expertise to reach their real estate goals. Personally, I enjoy sharing my real estate experience, analytical skills, and negotiation strategies as I mentor agents and support our clients.
Having lived in Traverse City since 1969 and raised two amazing daughters here, I provide my clients with a great deal of knowledge about the 5 area counties- Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim, and Kalkaska.
As a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, I have held leadership roles at multiple levels over the years. Additionally, I am a member of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce. By actively participating in these organizations, I strive to help my clients make educated decisions about buying and selling residential and commercial property.
I am proud to have volunteered my leadership with Grand Traverse area community organizations that work to help those in need in Northern Michigan.
I look forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs.
My number one priority as a Realtor is creating a “no pressure” experience for my clients!
Buying a home is a huge decision- my responsibility is to help navigate the process to make each real estate sale or purchase positive and fun for my clients. To meet my clients’ goals, I am dedicated to working together with them as a team.
As a Traverse City native, I love to share my local insights. After living in Chicago and South Korea, I returned to Traverse City with a renewed appreciation for the Northern Michigan lifestyle, community and beauty. Additionally, my active participation in the Traverse Area Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors helps me provide my clients with the most up-to-date market information.
I love supporting the Grand Traverse area running community as a Girls on the Run coach and Traverse City Track Club member.
I look forward to helping you!
With all the challenges in today’s market, making use of a professional Realtor is all that much more important for both buyers and sellers. I’ve been helping clients with their real estate decisions since 1989, specializing in single family homes, new construction, as well as investment and development properties.
Having served with the United States Coast Guard, I take pride in providing Coast Guard families with help finding the perfect home in our beautiful “Coastie Friendly” city as well as showing them the sites and introducing them to an area I’ve loved since my family relocated here back in 1969.
Over the years, I’ve lived on Old Mission Peninsula, in East Bay Township, in downtown Traverse City, as well as in Northport, so I can give you a firsthand perspective of what to expect in regards to taxes, services, schools and general information to assist with your home selection.
In short, I know Real Estate and I know Traverse City. Feel free to call or email with your questions, concerns or needs. I look forward to assisting you anyway I can!
My desire to help people achieve their dreams led me to pursue my career in real estate. I specialize in first time homebuyers, new construction, vacation homes, and relocation.
Becoming a Realtor made sense considering all my previous and current knowledge encompassing the industry- from customer service and sales, to client follow up. My husband and I own EETKO Builders LLC. Additionally, he has been in the mortgage business for 16 plus years; therefore, I am already knowledgeable about the lending side of real estate which is so incredibly vital to clients, especially first time home buyers. Previously, I worked in the home insurance industry, which allows me the advantage, if needed, of educating my homebuyers on properly insuring themselves. I feel having expertise in all of the surrounding areas of real estate is an added benefit for all my clients.
In 2014, I created a fundraiser called Socks of Love which helps children and animals in need over the holiday season. Over the past two years combined, I raised over $5800 in donations in exchange for handmade sock snowmen. Socks of Love is proud to have donated to Child and Family Services, Blessings in a Backpack, Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center, and Cherryland Humane Society.
I am also involved in the local art community and proud to have had my first formal art exhibit in September 2016. My creative side lets me assist clients as they stage a home for sale and allows me to help them see a vision for the home they are purchasing.
I am passionate about Real Estate and I would be honored to help you. Feel free to call, text or email me with your real estate questions or needs. I truly enjoy helping all the amazing people I am so blessed to meet while doing my job. I look forward to assisting you with your first, next or last, future real estate transition.
As a Michigan native, I’ve been exploring Northern Michigan all of my life. I’m happy to be able to share my area knowledge with buyers and sellers of Real Estate as a Realtor with Team Dakoske at RE/MAX Bayshore Properties in Traverse City.
When I take drives, hikes and photographs around the Grand Traverse region, I appreciate many of the local non-profit organizations that help protect and preserve our natural areas for future generations. Special thanks go to the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy, the Leelanau Conservancy, Friends of Sleeping Bear, and the Watershed Center Grand Traverse Bay.
With 25 years of international management and negotiation experience, I will represent your interests in a professional, businesslike manner and help you negotiate the best possible terms with your real estate transaction.
If I can help you and your family or friends with any Real Estate needs, please give me a call.
